Claims Management
We are advocates for our clients from the first report of loss through to the final settlement. We provide solutions that aid in the resolution of insured losses and claims disputes across a broad spectrum. We have over the years successfully negotiated problematic claims for clients in diverse industries. If it is required we utilize specialists to assist us in our negotiations with insurers. Our clients are in varied businesses including but not limited to retail, property owners, professional services, importers and exporters, distributors and manufacturing.

We are proactive in our approach to claims management. This ensures that our clients receive a high quality and appropriate service from the insurance company and/or underwriting agency.

Premium Funding
We offer premium funding quotations from various suppliers over various periods as selected by the client. This may be over 6, 10 or 12 months.
Technical, Legal, Contractual Liability Helplines

As a Steadfast Member, Global Risks has access to a Technical Advice team for issues regarding wordings, business interruption and commercial insurance inter alia. In addition to this we have access to corporate law firm DLA Piper to assist with clients claims issues.

Steadfast have also arranged for contractual liability reviews whereby Meridian Lawyers will address on our behalf issues with the clauses and insurance coverage of those liabilities.

Engineering Loss Control/Risk Management
Our goal is to positively impact our client’s bottom line by helping them achieve sustainable reductions in their total cost of risk.

In conjunction with the insurer we implement risk surveys which in turn highlight risk recommendations which is intended to prevent any future losses.

Together with the insurer we obtain COPE surveys, risk assessments, NatCat data gathering and analysis (flood, earthquake), building valuations, fire protection systems, boiler & machinery , infrared thermography , sprinkler and construction plan review, water supply testing, details of local fire authorities
